x� X <br />t � <br />P <br />Lupton Bottom Ditch "East Lateral <br />§ Ft Lupton Reservoir <br />`w <br />NORTH <br />The area within the Fort Lupton Pit permit area (S1/2 NW 1/4 S30 T2N R66W) represents a portion of the area historically irrigated with <br />L.G. Everist's 2.25 Lupton Bottom Ditch shares. <br />The permit area will be dried up for the entire period of the L.G. Everist Multiple Pit SWSP renewal (January 2014 through December <br />2015 period, per renewal request letter dated November 27, 2013) and for water years 2016 and 2017 during which time lagged <br />depletions to the South Platte River are estimated to exceed 1 ac -ft. <br />This commitment evidences the dry up of a po ' the historically irrigated land for both the 2014 and 2015 irrigation seasons. <br />This signed document shall serve as the itten notifi tion for spri 2014,annp�rprinng 2�2015 and the confirmation for fall 2014 and <br />fall 2015 of the area to be dried up. � <br />Ja s A.
