<br />Today, that the same is a daily newspaper printed, in
<br />whole or in part, and published in the County of
<br />Routt, State of Colorado, and has a general
<br />circulation therein; that said newspaper has been
<br />published continuously and uninterruptedly in said
<br />County of Routt for a period of more than fifty -two
<br />weeks prior to the first publication of the annexed
<br />legal notice or advertisement; that said newspaper has

<br />Twemymile Coal, LLC (TC), 29515 Roult

<br />80467, has submitted an application for a
<br />Technical Revisions (TR) to the Foidel Creek
<br />Mine, Permit Number C -82 -056. The revi-
<br />sion (TR13 -83) addresses a modification to
<br />the existing approved miring plans to in-
<br />clude initial development activities for the
<br />Wolf Creek Coal Seam reserve. These activi-
<br />ties will specifically include development and
<br />placement of long -term support for a 3 -entry
<br />rock -slope access, development of up to six
<br />sets of gate -roads and bleeder entries to
<br />support future lorgwail development, and re-
<br />lated ancillary activities, including under-
<br />ground dewatering activities and extension
<br />of mine ventilation and support systems.
<br />The mine permit area encompasses approxi-
<br />mately 22,450 acres, located approximately
<br />23 miles southwest of Steamboat Springs on
<br />Routt County Road 33, and approximately
<br />7.3 miles northwest of Oak Creek on Routf
<br />County Road 27. Mine offices and major
<br />surface facilities are located adjacent to
<br />Foidel Crank, near the intersection of these
<br />two roads. The mine permit area Is covered
<br />by the Cow Creek, Dunidey, Milner, Mount
<br />Harris, Oak Creek, and Rattlesnake Suite
<br />USGS 7.5 minute quadrangle maps. The
<br />lands affected by the proposed revision are
<br />located in Sections 8, 9, 10, 11, 14, 15, 16,
<br />and 17, T5N, R86W, and surface owners for
<br />these areas include TC, the State of Colo-
<br />rado, Ashley Investments, LLC, and Ca-
<br />milletti & Sons. The Mine Permit Area in-
<br />cludes all or portions of Sections 7 through
<br />9, T4N, R86W; T5N, R86W, except Sections
<br />34 through 36; and Sections 13, 22 through
<br />24, 25 through 27, and 34 through 36, T5N,
<br />R87W. The ownership, precise location, and
<br />boundaries of lands within the Permit are
<br />identified on pages 2.03.13 through 2.08.18
<br />and 2.03 22 and 2.03 -23.1, and Maps 1 and
<br />2, of the Mine Permit Application Package
<br />(PAP), and are included in this public notice
<br />by reference.
<br />Copes of the PAP, including the referenced
<br />Technical Revision application, (less confi-
<br />dential material) are available for inspection
<br />at the mine office and the office of the Colo-
<br />rado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and
<br />Safety. Copies of the Technical Revision ap-
