Tri -State Generation and Transmission Association, <br />Inc. (Tri- State) is the parent to Western Fuels — Colorado. The enclosed January DMRs were <br />submitted electronically through the EPA's NetDMR program. <br />During January 2014, the facility experienced an upset condition on the 30 -day average <br />for total suspended solids (TSS) at Outfall 013, due to the presence of water fowl. The daily <br />maximum TSS limit was not exceeded.
