The <br />puddle of the liquid is 20 -30 ft uphiill from the bank of the Poudre River, and could easily be washed into the river if there <br />were a rain. The red liquid is on property owned by a company (unknown name) that handles grave, asphalt and <br />reclaimed concrete. The puddle of red liquid can be observed from the Poudre River Trail, apporx. 1/2 mile south of the <br />Weld County Health Dept. <br />
