CAUSE: DUMPING
CAUSE INFORMATION:
Caller was walking the Poudre River Trail when he observed a puddle of 200 -300 gallons of bright red liquid in a
depression behind a truck with a raised cylinder tank, which appeared as if the truck could have dumped the liquid. The
puddle of the liquid is 20 -30 ft uphiill from the bank of the Poudre River, and could easily be washed into the river if there
were a rain. The red liquid is on property owned by a company (unknown name) that handles grave, asphalt and
reclaimed concrete. The puddle of red liquid can be observed from the Poudre River Trail, apporx. 1/2 mile south of the
Weld County Health Dept.
