The area within the Rinn Valley Pit permit area (SW1 /4 and W1/2 SE1 /4, both of S10 T2N R68W) represents a portion of the area <br />historically irrigated with L.G. Everist's 7.04 Rural Ditch shares. The permit area will be dried up for the entire period of the L.G. Ev <br />Multiple Pit SWSP renewal (January 2014 through December 2015 period, per renewal request letter dated November 27, 2013) <br />and for water years 2016 and 2017 during which time lagged depletions from the St. Vrain pits are estimated to exceed 1 ac -ft. <br />This commitment evidences the dry up of a e historically irrigated land for both the 2014 and 2015 irrigation seasons. <br />This signed document shall serve as the ritten notifi ation for sprincf2014 erq ,—spring 2015 and the confirmation for fall 2014 and <br />fall 2015 of the area to be dried up. ��// , ,T— <br />James A.
