I he area within the Fort Lupton Pit permit area (S1/2 NW 1/4 S30 T2N R66W) represents a portion of the area historically irrigated wi <br />L.G. Everist's 2.25 Lupton Bottom Ditch shares. <br />The permit area will be dried up for the entire period of the L.G. Everist Multiple Pit SWSP renewal (January 2014 through December <br />2015 period, per renewal request letter dated November 27, 2013) and for water years 2016 and 2017 during which time lagged <br />depletions to the South Platte River are estimated to exceed 1 ac -ft. <br />This commitment evidences the dry up of a po the historically irrigated land for both the 2014 and 2015 irrigation seasons. <br />This signed document shall serve as the itten notifi ation for spri 2014,artnpring 2015 and the confirmation for fall 2014 and <br />Fall 2015 of the area to be dried up.
