Compliance With Mine Plan <br />NA -Other <br />NA - Processing Waste <br />R -Roads <br />N - Reclamation Success <br />R - Revegetation <br />NA - Subsidence <br />R - Slides and Other Damage <br />N - Support Facilities On -site <br />N -Signs and Markers <br />NA - Support Facilities Not On -site <br />NA - Special Categories Of Mining <br />N - Topsoil <br />COMMENTS <br />This was an aerial inspection consisting of aerial photographs collected on February 24, 2014 by Harr- Ranney of <br />CDRMS, and evaluated on February 27, 2014 by Janet Bums of CDRMS. <br />The weather appears overcast, based upon the lack of shadows in the photos. The mine site is snow covered. <br />BACKFILL and GRADING - Steep Slopes 4.14.2, 4.27 Stabilization of Rills and Gullies 4.14.6: <br />Although the site is covered with snow, the steep slopes appear relatively stable and no sign of recent <br />slope movement could be noted. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05 ❑ Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, <br />4.05.6, Discharge Structures 4.05.7, 4.05.10; Diversions 4.05.4; Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9; <br />Pond 12 was snow covered but open water could be seen at the inlet from Drainage YPM 6 -2 and YPM 6- <br />3. The drainages are snow covered with bare patches on some of the slopes. Pond 12A is snow covered and <br />frozen. <br />Pond 14 was frozen and snow covered. There was no sign in the outfall channel that this pond was discharging. <br />YPM 3 -2 and YPM 3 -2A were snow covered. <br />Pond 13 was frozen and snow covered. This pond did not appear to be discharging at the time of the photograph. <br />YPM 1 -1 and YPM 1 -2 were snow covered. Stockpond ST -1 appeared to be holding a frozen pool of water.
