February 24, 2014 C- 1994- 082/Yoast Mine JHB <br />The roads throughout the mine site are snow covered and impassible with a wheeled vehicle. <br />Public roads outside of the permit area have been cleared of snow. <br />REVEGETATION — Rule 4.15 ❑ Vegetative Cover; Timing: <br />Vegetation is visible through the snow indicating that the snowpack is not excessively deep at this time. <br />Visible vegetation appears to be bunch grasses and possibly shrubs. Stock tanks appear to be trapping snow higher <br />up on the slope. <br />Fenced shrub plots are visible through the snow pack. <br />SLIDES and DAMAGE - Rule 4.12: <br />Pond 12 slide area north of Pond 12 is devoid of snow on the steep slope. In spite of the lack of snow <br />cover, no rilling or slumping could be noted on this slope. <br />Bare patches were visible in the northwest portion of North pit area near the fenced shrub plots (YPM -11).
