CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES and PROGRESS: 1) EARTHWORKS A) Subgrade Preparation 1) VLF Subgrade was inspected approved for soil liner fill placement by an AMEC field representative in the area shown on Figure 1. B) Slope Contouring 1) VLF Slope contouring was performed in the following areas: between stations A50 +00 ( + / -) and A62 +00 ( + / -), approximately 50 feet left of centerline to 50 feet right of centerline; between stations H28 +00 ( + / -) and H34.25 ( + / -), approximately 0 to 200 feet left of centerline; between stations J0 +00 ( + / -) and J11 +00 ( + / -), approximately 0 to 300 feet right of centerline and between stations K7 +50 ( + / -) and K8 +00 ( + / -), approximately 50 to 150 feet left of centerline using various CAT dozers and one Komatsu 300 excavator. C) Cut to Fill 1) VLF A CAT 385 excavator was used to excavate material from a designated area in the Cresson pit. The material was loaded into CAT 777 and 40 -ton articulating haul trucks and hauled between stations A51 +00 ( + / -) and A62 +00 ( + / -), approximately 20 feet left of centerline to 20 feet VLF Weekly Report WE 10.09.10.13
