III) Underground Workings A) Drilling/Excavation Confirmatory drilling was performed for Underground Working #3012. A drill pattern was set out by an AMEC field representative. Twenty -nine holes were dilled encountering twenty -one voids. An approximate total of 1450 feet was drilled. An AMEC representative observed the confirmatory drilling constantly. B) Mine Shaft /Stope Remediation Grouting of miss (no void) holes was performed at Underground Workings #3012. C) Lateral/Slot Remediation No work was performed during the week. IV) Storm Water Management Structures A) Control Structures No work was performed during the week. B) Best Management Practices Best Management Practices are being observed throughout the Phase 5 VLF Project. Storm water controls were maintained throughout the week. Precipitation was not substantial throughout the week. Storm water controls are being constructed in the East Cresson Clay Borrow as needed.
