Grande's absolute <br />compliance. CCAP respectfully requests a -hearing to more fully present its objections, including <br />expert testimony regarding the various inadequacies outlined herein. We also request that the <br />Division hold the hearing in Pueblo, in the evening, so that local residents can attend and more <br />fully participate in the proceeding. Several of CCAP's, members who would like to testify will <br />be unable to travel to Denver for a hearing during business hours due to professional and family <br />obligations, as well as physical constraints that- prevenf them from traveling long distances. <br />Thank you for your.consideration'of these objections.
