Memo to PCPC <br /> Re: SUP No. 1999-002 <br /> June 9, 1999 <br /> Page 20 <br /> Commissioners and County Road and Bridge Departments pertaining to MLRB <br /> regulations and requirements. The comments request that all county governments <br /> direct anyone planning to conduct an extraction operation for construction or borrow <br /> materials to contact the Division of Minerals and Geology. The MLRB also requests <br /> that county road and bridge departments verify that operators have obtained the <br /> necessary permits from state and local governments, prior to allowing the purchase of <br /> products or as part of the bid process. The Division included an example permit <br /> application for the Construction Material Regular 112 Operation. <br /> The 15-page MLRB Permit form indicates a complete application package consists of a <br /> signed application form and the set of maps and exhibits referenced below as Exhibits <br /> A-S and the Geotechnical Stability Exhibit.
