In addition all laboratory quality control samples were within established
control limits, with any exceptions noted below. Each sample was analyzed to achieve the lowest possible reporting limit within
the constraints of the method. In some cases, due to interference or analytes present at high concentrations, samples were
diluted. For diluted samples, the reporting limits are adjusted relative to the dilution required.
Calculations are performed before rounding to avoid round -off errors in calculated results.
All holding times were met and proper preservation noted for the methods performed on these samples, unless otherwise detailed
in the individual sections below.
RECEIPT
Six water samples were received under chain of custody on September 12, 2013. The samples were received in good condition at
a temperature of 0.5 °C.
No anomalies were encountered during sample receipt.
DISSOLVED METALS (ICP)
No anomalies were observed.
GENERAL CHEMISTRY
Each sample is analyzed to achieve the lowest possible reporting limits within the constraints of the method. Due to elevated
concentrations, the following samples had to be analyzed at a dilution as indicated below. The reporting limits have been adjusted
relative to the dilutions required.
FPW (280- 46536 -1) was analyzed at a 1 O dilution for Sulfate
AMW -1 (280- 46536 -2) was analyzed at a 1 OX dilution for Sulfate
DH -96 (280- 46536 -3) was analyzed at a 20X dilution for Sulfate
DH -122 (280- 46536 -4) was analyzed at a 20X dilution for Sulfate
AMW -2 (280- 46536 -5) was analyzed at a 10X dilution for Chloride
AMW -2 (280- 46536 -5) was analyzed at a 20OX dilution for Sulfate
SMW -2 (280- 46536 -6) was analyzed at a 20X dilution for Chloride
SMW -2 (280- 46536 -6) was analyzed at a 20OX dilution for Sulfate
No other anomalies were observed.
REVISION 1 (10/23/2013)
This report has been revised to correctly report the Chloride result for sample AMW -1 (280- 46536 -2), as a 10X dilution factor was
incorrectly applied to this result in the original submission of this report.
Page 3 of 32 TestAmerica Denver
