CC &V is both the owner of record of the affected lands (surface area) and the owner of
the substance to be mined or control said affected land and substance to be mined through
contractual agreements with third parties. The following Table 2 lists those third party
owners as well as ownership of land within 200 feet of the affected lands. Drawings C -1
and C -la in Exhibit C of the OMLR application show the property location for each of
these owners. Table 2 is the same information provided to the OMLR in support of
CC &V's legal right to enter and mine.
