<br />81506, has submitled a complete ap�
<br />plicatlon for a technical revision to the
<br />Division of Reclamation, Mining and
<br />Safety for its Fruits Loadoul, mining
<br />permit No. C- 2010.088. The proposed
<br />revision will make an incidental permil
<br />bounder y revision, add a subsurface
<br />ownership map, update adjacent land
<br />owner information and update the list
<br />of officers in the permit. The spur track
<br />and loadout are located south of State
<br />Highway 6 & 50, north of Interstate 70
<br />and west of the old Fruits Refinery
<br />The City of Fruits lies approximately
<br />3.0 miles east of the proposed spur
<br />track and loadouI, Reed Wash runs
<br />through the central portion of the
<br />Vopposed permit boundary. Lome
<br />aln runs through the western edge
<br />of the permit boundary. The proposed
<br />urine permit area Is located on the U.S.
<br />Geological Survey 7.5 minute Mack
<br />Quadrangle map within the following
<br />sections. Township 1 North, Range
<br />3 West, Ute P.M. Section 2: Portions
<br />of the SW14, W12SW14SFJ4. Section
<br />3: Portions of the SF14. Section 10:
<br />Portions of the N12NFJ4. Section 1f:
<br />Portions of the N12NW14, N12NF14
<br />SEMNFJ4. Containing 208.6 acres
<br />more or less. The proposed Fruits
<br />Loadoul Permit boundary contains
<br />208.6 acres of land that Is all located
<br />on private surface. CAM- Colorado
<br />LLC owns 201.3 acres, the Union Pacif.
<br />Ic Railroad owns 5.3 acres and Frulta
<br />Development LLC owns 2.0 acres. The
<br />minerals within the proposed permit
<br />area are owned by the respective
<br />private surface owners. A copy of the
<br />technical revision application Is avail.
<br />able for public inspection at the Mesa
<br />County Clerk and Recorder's office.
