7.0 CONCLUSIONS
In accordance with our responsibilities as the Certifying Engineer and as the Quality Assurance
Consultant for the certification of the Phase 413/4C Triangle, and per the requirements of the
various applicable DRMS approvals, AMEC Earth and Environmental (AMEC) attests that it
observed and performed the required CQA activities for this project. Based on daily
communications with AMEC personnel, observations made during on -site visits, and review of
the laboratory and field test results, AMEC attests that the Phase 413/4C Triangle was
constructed in compliance with specifications as described in this document.
