1.4 Certification Boundary
Figure 1 presents the boundary of the areas being certified in this report. The work completed
within the certification boundary included site grading; subgrade preparation; SLF installation,
placement and compaction; installation of 100 -mil single sided texture LLDPE geomembrane;
and DCF placement.
