(EFCI) submitted an application for Technical Revision 40 (TR -40) which was received <br />by the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety on December 31, 2012. In a letter dated February 21, 2014, <br />EFCI requested that TR -40 be withdrawn from consideration by the Division. <br />On February 25, 2014, the Division issued a proposed decision to withdraw TR -40. Notice of the proposed <br />decision will be published in the Canon City Daily Record in the near future.
