Pineda <br />Westminster, CO 80234 <br />Director <br />RE: Colowyo Mine, Permit C- 1981 -019 <br />Discharge Monitoring Reports, 3 "d and 4t" Quarters 2013 <br />Dear Mr. Gilbreath: <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety has reviewed and found the above referenced reports to be in <br />compliance with Rule 4.05.13(2). <br />Four CDPS outfalls were observed discharging during the third quarter: <br />• Streeter Pond, Outfall 001A <br />• Stoker Siding Pond, Outfall 005A <br />• East Taylor Pond, Outfall 010A <br />• West Taylor Pond, Outfall 011A. <br />These four outfalls were also discharging when monitored during the fourth quarter.
