EXHIBIT G — Water Information
There is no water on the site except during the irrigation season when some springs seep in the
draws below the old mining bench or on the bench at the bottom of the gravel deposit. Irrigation
water to the property is supplied via underground line along the south boundary of the property
and is derived from 14/100 shares in the Gallant Ditch, 8 shares in the Cedar Mesa Ditch @ 1.12
cfs/share, and 10 shares of Cedar Mesa Reservior. The irrigation lines supplying water to the
field where mining will occur will be shut off during the life of the mine. Mining operations will
not affect any ditches or water lines supplying any other properties. Mining is not expected to
directly affect any surface or groundwater systems.
The site will be graded to collect any storm water in the pit area to be settled and discharged
through filter media to existing drainages in compliance with the Stormwater Discharge Permit.
The only water use during mining operations will be for dust control and will be brought in by
truck from off -site sources available to Delta County. Water for this purpose may be up to 6000
gallons per day or about two truck loads.
The operator has applied for a Stormwater Discharge Permit from the Water Quality Control
Division of the Colorado Department-6f Health and will not discharge any water from this site
until it is obtained.
NRoad Pit 2014
