EXHIBIT Pā Municipalities within a Two -Mile Radius <br />There are no municipalities within two miles of the site. <br />EXHIBIT Q ā Proof of Mailing of Notices to Board of County Commissioners and Soil <br />Conservation District <br />The application has been filed with the Washington County Commissioners and the Washington <br />County Soil Conservation District. Proof of filing is attached. <br />EXHIBIT R - Proof of Filing with County Clerk and Recorder <br />The application has been filed with the Washington County Clerk. Proof of filing is attached. <br />EXHIBIT S ā Permanent Man -Made Structures <br />There is an overhead power line along the south edge of Co. Rd. 11. There are no other known <br />man -made structures within 200 feet of the pit. No notice is needed for the Washington County <br />Road and Bridge as they are the applicant. <br />ADDENDUM 1 <br />A notice has been posted at the site regarding the proposed 112- gravel pit application. <br />Certification of the posting is attached. <br />GEOTECHNICAL STABILITY EXHIBIT <br />The applicant is not aware of any geological hazards that might affect mining or reclamation at <br />the site. We will be happy to provide information if the Division identifies a condition which we <br />are not aware of. <br />
