Please notify me as soon as this pond
is cleaned this year. I trust that a survey will quickly follow the cleaning operations; I would like to see the results of this
survey when completed. I also trust that this pond will be closely monitored in the future, and cleaning operations will
occur as soon as possible when needed. This is essential for compliance with CDRMS Rule 4.05.6(3).
If you have any questions feel free to contact me at (303) 866 -3567, extension 8113.
Sincerely,
Robert Zuber, P.E.
Environmental Protection Specialist
Office of
Office of
Mined Land Reclamation Denver • Grand Junction • Durango Active and Inactive Mines
