Compliance With Mine Plan <br />NA - Support Facilities Not On -site <br />NA - Other <br />NA - Special Categories Of Mining <br />NA - Processing Waste <br />R - Topsoil <br />COMMENTS <br />This was a complete inspection of the Williams Fork Mines; DRMS File No. C- 1981 -044 operated by Moffat <br />County Mining, LLC. I, Jared Ebert of the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety conducted the <br />inspection. Mr. Brian Watterson with Moffat County Mining accompanied me during the inspection. The <br />weather was sunny during the first part of the inspection and it became partly cloudy and windy at the end of the <br />inspection. <br />AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS — Rule 5.02.4(1): <br />The records were checked at the Foidel Creek Mine office at the beginning of the inspection. The documents that <br />were noted to be missing during the last inspection were located in the front pocket of the Inspection Notebook at <br />the mine office. <br />EXCESS SPOIL and DEVELOPMENT WASTE — Rule 4.09, Placement; Drainage Control; Surface Stabilization: <br />The waste disposal site was observed. The area was partially snow covered and muddy. Overall, the area <br />appeared stable. <br />The No. 9 portal waste disposal site was observed. The area was partially snow covered but appeared stable. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05 <br />Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.053; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, 4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7, 4.05.10; <br />Diversions 4.05.4; Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; <br />Drainage — Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br />During the last inspection, it was noted that a berm had been constructed across the 5 -D2 diversion ditch. This <br />ditch has not been repaired at the time of the inspection.
