8. Wildcat acknowledges that it is currently subject to a cease and desist <br />order and will not conduct any mining, milling, or reclamation related operations or <br />activities at the site other than those activities approved by the Division in writing <br />necessary to bring the permit into compliance and to prevent damage to offsite <br />areas and to protect human health and safety. <br />9. Wildcat agrees that failure to comply with all requirements and <br />timeframes specified in this joint stipulation constitutes continued failure to comply <br />with a Board Order and is grounds for an immediate hearing for final permit <br />revocation and forfeiture of the financial warranty. <br />10. This matter will be noticed on all Board agendas starting in March <br />2014 as an Enforcement Hearing to consider forfeiture of Wildcat's financial <br />warranty. No additional notice will be required as Wildcat is on notice that failure <br />to comply with any outstanding Board ordered corrective action or deadline <br />constitutes grounds for final permit revocation and financial warranty forfeiture.
