Colowyo Coal Company <br />2013 Annual Reclamation and Hydrology Report <br />SECTION 6 - 2013 ANNUAL REPORT CROSS SECTIONS <br />RULE REQUIREMENT <br />RULE 2.04.13(1)(a -f) <br />2.04.13 (1) by February 15 or other such date as agreed on, each permittee shall file an <br />annual reclamation report covering the previous calendar year for all areas under bond. <br />The report shall include, but not limited to, text, discussion and maps which address: <br />• the name and address of the permittee and permit number <br />• location and number of acres disturbed during that year <br />• location and number of acres backfilled and graded during that year <br />• location and number of topsoiled during that year <br />• the species, location and number of acres of vegetation planted during that year, <br />including any augmented seeding or cultural practices <br />• location, number of acres and date of planting for all previously revegetated areas <br />Rule 2.04.13(2) the Permittee may provide additional monitoring information as required <br />by the approved permit <br />GENERAL DISCUSSION <br />Cross sections 1 -5 illustrate the elevation difference of the post — mining, original and <br />existing topography. In addition it predicts the post — mining topography and floors of <br />"F" and "G" Seams. Along the cross — sections the following delineations have been <br />noted: <br />• Disturbance Limit <br />• Mining Limit <br />• Phase II & Phase III Bond Release <br />• 2001 Regraded <br />• 2002 Regraded <br />• 2003 Regraded <br />• 2005 Regraded <br />• 2007 Regraded <br />• 2011 Regraded <br />• 2012 Regraded <br />The predicted post — mining topography matches the recent aerial flight dated 10/2013. <br />Therefore, Colowyo is on track with the post — mining topography targets. <br />Page 6 -1 <br />
