Buyer shall maintain a written daily log of. the dates of diversions and depletions <br />associated with the mining operations; and the volumes of water depleted from the <br />Middle Fork of South Platte River. On a weekly basis, Buyer shall submit a written <br />report (an excel spread sheet would be preferred) containing the data from the daily <br />logs to captspann @aol.com, John.Matteson @HASPwater.com, and <br />Garver.Brown @state.co.us. Buyer's provision of the report to Seller is for Seller's <br />accounting purposes only. Buyer shall solely be responsible for accounting required <br />by its approved SWSP. <br />3. In the event that Buyer is having difficulty operating its SWSP, Buyer shall notify <br />captspann @aol.com, John.Matteson @HaspWater.com and <br />Garver.Brown @state.co.us as soon as possible for a resolution. <br />4. The total of six hundred thirty four dollars ($634.00) is payable in full to Seller <br />upon execution of this agreement. This includes five hundred dollars ($500.00) for <br />its lease of one (1) acre -foot of water and $134.00 for Seller's attorneys fees and <br />administrative costs associated with Buyer's application for participation in HASP <br />and this transaction.
