Per internal
discussion within the Division, Rule 2.10.3(1)(a) is applicable for all coal mine related permits. The Division respectfully
requests that a revision be submitted to include a surface and subsurface ownership map with all boundaries of lands and
names of present owners of record included in or contiguous to the Loma Loadout of the Munger Canyon Mine permit
area as required by Rule 2.10.3(1)(a).
If you have any questions, feel free to contact me.
Sincerely,
Zach Trujillo
Environmental Protection Specialist
(303) 866 -3567 ext. 8164
Zach.Trujillo @state.co.us
Office of Office of
Mined Land Reclamation Denver • Grand Junction • Durango Active and Inactive Mines
