Objections to the composition of the record, if any, shall be resolved by the Court prior to issuing <br />an order to the Mined Land Reclamation Board ( "Board ") directing that the record be certified <br />and transmitted to the Court. <br />3. As soon as practicable after entry of an order by the Court certifying the record and <br />Plaintiffs' full payment of costs to prepare and transmit the record, the Board shall file and serve <br />a certified copy of the record with the Court, with copies mailed to all parties. <br />4. Plaintiffs shall file their opening brief no later than forty -five (45) days from the date that <br />the certified record is filed with the Court or by any later date the Court may order. The opening <br />brief shall comply with all applicable provisions of the APA and Colorado Appellate Rules. <br />5. Defendants shall file their answer briefs no later than thirty -five (35) days from the date <br />of service of Plaintiffs' opening brief or by any later date the Court may order. The answer <br />briefs shall comply with all applicable provisions of the APA and Colorado Appellate Rules. <br />6. Plaintiffs may file ,a reply brief no later than twenty -one (21) days from the date of <br />service of the last of the Defendants' response briefs or by any later date the Court may order. <br />The reply brief shall comply with all applicable provisions of the APA and Colorado Appellate <br />Rules. <br />7.
