Hi Ben - It appears that the usual mailing process is creating delays for copies received by Ms. Turner.
I will accept your offer of earlier today to use some type of delivery confirmation method for subsequent transmittals to Ms.
Turner and Mr. Morgan. Also, please be sure that any adequacy responses and reviews are filed with the application
records at the courthouse along with the original revision application materials.
Thank you again for your help and going the extra steps to assist in a resolution.

Hello Chris - Thank you very much for your time today. Also thank you to Ms. Turner and Mr. Morgan for their time on the
phone. Please forward this note and the attachments to Ms. Turner and Mr. Morgan.
Attached please find the adequacy response received from WFC representatives on October 24, 2011. This is the
package that DRMS and OSM reviewed, resulting in the additional adequacy letter generated today. The DRMS letter of
today documents the review and resolution of various structural issues. I hope that this will track with the concerns
indicated by Ms. Turner and Mr. Morgan. The documents were reviewed by both DRMS and OSM staff.
I note that the letter was copied to Ms. Turner, but I will suggest to WFC that proof of delivery should be used for future
mailings, and I will endeavor to do the same with our DRMS transmittals.
In the meantime, I would very much appreciate your also forwarding the DRMS adequacy letter of today (sent to you
earlier today) to Ms. Turner and Mr. Morgan, as their copy was placed in the U.S. mail today, and may not arrive timely.
