I think it is well written and <br />documented and well supported. And 1 think it is in the best interest of <br />the taxpayers who own the hospital - it still is a county hospital - that <br />we do this and work further towards giving them the representation that <br />the taxpayers deserve in the management of their hospital" <br />Ellis argued that perhaps the BOCC had dropped the ball in <br />explaining the trustees duties and responsibilities. in particular to the <br />oversight of the MMH lease with Montrose Memorial Hospital, Inc. <br />"The board of trustees was comprised of the board of directors of <br />blbfH. The trustees were serving on both boards, so there was that his - <br />torival knowledge that was carried forward.
