TURNER: Yes, sir. My name is <br />JoEllen Turner, and when Mr. Stover held that <br />preconference hearing, our public comment period did <br />not end until November 15, which was just Monday. <br />And I had told him right there that <br />we had 35 other signatures and people that have <br />objected and that would be, you know, sending in the <br />rest of their stuff requesting a formal hearing, and <br />he said we would just have to reschedule a formal <br />hearing again, another hearing. And that's why <br />there's been this other request, and that's 35 of <br />the biggest ranchers in that country. <br />MR. PAULIN: Well, the problem -- <br />MS. TURNER: And he told us that that <br />wouldn't happen. <br />
