AMICK: You said you hired an <br />independent survey in 1999. <br />MR. LEWICKI: That's right. <br />MR. AMICK: Then 2008 the NRCS did <br />the soil survey? <br />MR. LEWICKI: Well, they didn't do <br />the soil survey. They did a re- evaluation of the <br />prime farmland. <br />MR. AMICK: Okay. And they came up <br />in 2008 with 8.4? <br />MR. LEWICKI: No. What they said <br />was, the document that was used to determine the pH <br />in 1999 had a typo in it. So in other words, they <br />said that the use of the document was correct. The <br />document was the Important Colorado Farmland <br />Inventory, and in that document it said that the pH <br />couldn't be above 7.4. <br />MR. AMICK: Okay. <br />MR. LEWICKI: And in 2008 when they <br />re- evaluated that, they said that was typo in that <br />document. The soil survey was done right, and the <br />conclusion reached was correct, but we now know that <br />that document is wrong, and we are going to <br />reclassify the Morgan property as prime farmland. <br />MR.
