There are <br />no federal lands involved. As you'll see here, <br />there's a yellow dashed line running north and south <br />through the permit area. That's a county road known <br />as 2700 Road, and there's another county road here <br />that runs east to west. That's BB Road. <br />PR 6 involves really only the western <br />portion of the permit area. Everything to the east <br />of 2700 Road has been already mined and reclaimed. <br />The mine is currently working west of 2700 Road, and <br />PR 6 covers final reclamation details, post- mining <br />land use, only for that western portion. <br />So you'll hear a lot through the <br />presentation about 2700 Road. This is just a visual <br />to give you an indication of where that lies. <br />All right. This map was included in <br />the board packet in the back of what we call our <br />findings document. This is the close -up view of the <br />portion of the permit area that is located west of <br />2700 Road. <br />There are four individuals parcels <br />west of 2700 Road with four individual owners. The <br />majority of the objections received relate to the <br />Morgan property, which is highlighted here in <br />
