it down for me. You're standing there acting like
you're really upset. What is it that you are asking
for today?
MS. TURNER: Okay. We had a public
comment period that was supposed to go through
November 15. We only know what we're told in the
paper over there. We're a little bitty town.
We had until the 15th of November to
finish the comment period, to file objections, and
request a formal hearing. At the time this
preconference was scheduled, you're talking about
three or four days. These people, we're ranching,
