MS. ALLISON: Mr. Chairman.
MR. PAULIN: Yes.
MS. ALLISON: I'm looking at the
package that was received by the division on the
15th, and it has a letter that was faxed to the
division, I believe, on November 5.
The letter to the members of the
board says, "This is a signature page that
acknowledges all the contents within this notebook.
The contents of this notebook is a formal objection
to the approval of Permit Revision Number 6 (PR
06) ."
And that paragraph concludes, "All
persons signing this formal objection are well aware
of the contents of this notebook and have read or
seen this documentation." And then there's -- it
goes on for another page, and there are a bunch of
signatures.
This, however, is different --
there's no handwriting at the top. This is
different from the ones that was faxed to the
division on November 5. That one is the exact same
letter to the members of the board.
Like I said, it's exactly the same.
