ALLISON: I'm looking at the <br />package that was received by the division on the <br />15th, and it has a letter that was faxed to the <br />division, I believe, on November 5. <br />The letter to the members of the <br />board says, "This is a signature page that <br />acknowledges all the contents within this notebook. <br />The contents of this notebook is a formal objection <br />to the approval of Permit Revision Number 6 (PR <br />06) ." <br />And that paragraph concludes, "All <br />persons signing this formal objection are well aware <br />of the contents of this notebook and have read or <br />seen this documentation." And then there's -- it <br />goes on for another page, and there are a bunch of <br />signatures. <br />This, however, is different -- <br />there's no handwriting at the top. This is <br />different from the ones that was faxed to the <br />division on November 5. That one is the exact same <br />letter to the members of the board. <br />Like I said, it's exactly the same. <br />It has the same signatures, but this one that was <br />
