Pursuant to Rule 4.1(1) of the Construction <br />Materials Rules, the Mined Land Reclamation Board must reconsider the previous approval. <br />Therefore, you are being provided a second notice and opportunity to provide comments. <br />Please be advised that on August 23, 2012, T Bone Stone, Inc., whose address and telephone number are <br />2337 Emery St , Longmont, CO 80501; (303) 324 -5023, filed an application to convert M- 2004 -030, T <br />Bone Stone Quarry, a 110(c) Limited Impact Construction Materials Permit to a 112(c) Regular <br />Construction Materials Permit. The mining and reclamation operation is located at or near Section 6, <br />Township 3N, Range 70W, 06th Prime Meridian, in Boulder County. The application decision is scheduled <br />for November 21, 2012. <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Boulder County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the <br />office of the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, <br />Colorado 80203. <br />If you desire to make comments or objections, they must be submitted within twenty (20) days of the date of <br />the newspaper public notice to be considered in the application review process by the Division. You should <br />contact the applicant for the newspaper publication date.
