Cast-in-place concrete with reinforcing steel shall have a minimum 28-day compressive <br /> strength of 4,000 psi. <br /> 2. Maximum Aggregate size of l-inch. <br /> 3. Placement slump between 2-inches and 5-inches. <br /> 4. Air entrainment of 5%to 8%. <br /> C. Flowable Fill: <br /> 1.
