Pineda <br />Director <br />The Division has received and reviewed BRL's 4th Quarter 2013 Pond Inspection Reports for the <br />Bowie No. 2 Mine. The inspections were conducted in compliance with Rule 4.05.9(17) and the <br />reports were submitted in a timely manner.
