Pineda <br />Director <br />The Division has received and reviewed Bowie Resources, LLC's (BRL) December 2013 Discharge <br />Monitoring Reports (DMRs) for the Bowie No. 2 Mine. BRL submits the DMRs to the Division <br />monthly in accordance with Rule 4.05.13(2). <br />BRL reported discharges from Ponds B, F, and the sewage treatment plant, which is consistent <br />with Division observations of water levels and discharges. BRL reported no exceedances of any <br />parameters required to be monitored. <br />The Division does not have any questions or further comments at this time.
