Farm Rd. P.O. Box 266, Monte Vista, CO 81144; (719) 852 -3732, submitted a request for <br />financial warranty reduction for the N Farm Rd Pit No 1, Permit No. M- 1977 -140. The construction <br />materials extraction operation is located at or near Section 20, Township 39N, Range 8E, 10th Prime <br />Meridian, in Rio Grande County. <br />Written comments or objections to the financial warranty reduction may be submitted to, and additional <br />information obtained from, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman Street, Room <br />215, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866 -3567. Comments or objections should be submitted within 15 <br />days.
