Demonstration of Legal Right to Enter <br />2. Structure Agreements <br />The Division will approve the submitted Succession of Operator application with the affirmation of legal right to enter to <br />conduct mining operations between the landowner and operator with the following stipulation: The operator shall <br />submit all required properly executed structure damage waiver agreements within 180 day of the approval date of the <br />Succession of Operator.
