MANAGEMENT <br />On behalf of Bowie Resources, LLC, enclosed is an application for a technical revision to <br />suspend subsidence monitoring over the Pitkin Mesa Water line. The subsidence monuments <br />have been monitored since 1992. Mining was performed under the water line in 1992 and 1993. <br />The subsidence monuments remain stable. <br />Beginning in 2002 the subsidence monuments have been surveyed with GPS equipment. The <br />survey data has been more consistent than previous years data. BRL is providing subsidence <br />monitoring data beginning August 23, 2002 to support this technical revision.
