The <br />application was submitted by Western Fuels- Colorado, LLC on September 26, 2013, for the New <br />Horizon Mine. <br />The Surface mine is located approximately 1.7 miles Northwest of Nucla, Colorado. The permit <br />area is further described as follows: <br />1.7 miles northwest of the Town of Nucla <br />Copies of the revision application are available for public review in the Division offices at the <br />above address and at the Montrose County Courthouse, Nucla Annex (300 Main St., Nucla). <br />Copies of the Division's "Proposed Decision and Findings of Compliance" are also available at <br />those locations. <br />If you have any questions, please contact me. <br />Sincerely, <br />David A.
