Once PR -08 is approved, it will serve as the template to firm up the plans <br />for final reclamation of the New Horizon Mine. PR -08 was submitted by Western Fuels to <br />CDRMS on September 19, 2013, and was considered complete for the purpose of filing on <br />October 4, 2013.
