Fall 2013 Subsidence and Geologic Field Observations <br />South of Divide and Dry Fork Mining Areas (E -Seam) <br />A panoramic image was obtained from this location during our fall 2013 visit and compared to the <br />spring 2013 image. No noticeable differences were identified. <br />3.16 Photographic Observation Point 7 <br />Approximately 100 feet north of the Photographic Observation Point 6 is Photographic <br />Observation Point 7. This location was established during our spring 2013 field visit and provides <br />a northeast to south panoramic view from the Ragged Mountains to Coal Mountain (Figure 16). <br />A panoramic image was obtained from this location during our fall 2013 visit (Figure 17) and <br />compared to the spring 2013 image (Figure 16). No noticeable differences were identified. <br />3.17 Traverse J -J' <br />This is the fourth of four named traverses that originate from Traverse C -C'. This traverse allows <br />access to MDWs E5 -08, E5 -09, E5 -10 and E5 -11. The spring 2013 visit to these MDW pads above <br />mined longwall panel E -5 were the first by WWE and represent baseline conditions.
