• Implement a contingency plan to mitigate those 'impacts" as follows. <br />1) repair of the damaged water resource (i.e., repair of a leaking pond, etc, if <br />possible,) 2) development of an alternate supply, 3) consult with users, the <br />USFS, and other involved parties as to necessary repairs, construction plans, access <br />or mitigative action to be takers, and 4) to provide a temporary water supply, <br />should it be necessary, until such time as permanent supply can be provided. <br />By means ofTecbnical Revision No. 71 to MCCs permit document. MCC will incorporate this <br />letter as Exhibit 19C.
