BEFORE THE MINED LAND RECLAMATION BOARD <br />STATE OF COLORADO <br />ORDER <br />IN THE MATTER OF WILDCAT MINING CORPORATION, MAY DAY -IDAHO <br />MINE COMPLEX, PERMIT No. M- 1981-185. <br />THIS MATTER came before the Mined Land Reclamation Board ( "Board ") on <br />January 15, 2014, in Denver, Colorado to consider the Agreement between the <br />Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety ("Division") and Wildcat <br />Mining Corporation ("Wildcat "), attached hereto. <br />The Board, having considered the Agreement, states that it agrees with the <br />provisions of the Agreement, and orders the following= <br />1. The January 15, 2014 enforcement/ warranty forfeiture hearing is <br />continued to February 19, 2014 to allow additional time for the Parties to discuss <br />settlement. In the event the Parties are unable to reach agreement by February 7, <br />2014 the matter will proceed before the Board on February 19, 2014 as an <br />enforcement and financial warranty forfeiture hearing. No additional notice will <br />be required. <br />2. Wildcat shall establish a cash escrow account with a Bank authorized <br />to do business in the State of Colorado and deposit an initial certified fund in the <br />amount of $100,000 no later than January 31, 2014; proof to be provided to <br />the Division. <br />3.
