As a result of the Divisions <br />adequacy review comments, additional information will need to be included in the Technical <br />Revision #1 request for your approval. Because additional information is needed, Loloff <br />Construction Inc. would like to request an extension to the current January 31, 2014 decision <br />date for this Technical Revision request to March 3, 2014. This extension is required for Loloff <br />Construction Inc. to have sufficient time to gather and develop the additional information <br />regarding water shares and bonding requirements, and for the Division to review it. <br />Thank you for your consideration of this decision date extension request.
