Dry -up of historically irrigated acres: Applicant shall dry -up historically <br />irrigated acreage (or maintain existing dry -up) to generate historical <br />consumptive use for augmentation purposes and other uses under this <br />decree. A map of the acres to be dried -up during the operation of this <br />augmentation plan in association with the 27 Tranche One shares is <br />provided at Exhibit G. Two parcels will be dried -up in connection with <br />the 34 Tranche Two shares; maps of the parcels to be dried up during the <br />operation of this augmentation plan in association with the <br />34 Tranche Two shares are provided at Exhibits H -1 and H -2. <br />iv. Maintenance of historical return flows: The return flows associated with <br />historical irrigation use of Applicant's 27 Tranche One shares and <br />34 Tranche Two shares are quantified at Exhibit F. Applicant shall <br />maintain those return flows in both quantity and location in any year in <br />which Applicant operates the augmentation plan decreed herein. In the <br />absence of a valid senior call, Applicant shall replace historical return <br />flows whenever it uses CC Ditch shares for non - irrigation, industrial or <br />storage uses during the irrigation season. To this end, Applicant shall <br />release 1.2 shares to the river for every 1.0 share used consumptively for <br />industrial or storage purposes. <br />V. Resumption of irrigation and other uses: Applicant may use its <br />27 Tranche One shares and 34 Tranche Two shares for augmentation and <br />00053058 -7 <br />
