Any storage of water diverted from this structure shall be <br />limited to the following: New Horizon North Pond 001, New Horizon <br />North Pond 002, and/or New Horizon North Pond 003. Augmentation use <br />shall occur only after diversion and storage in these ponds, and release <br />pursuant to the plan for augmentation decreed in Case No. IOCW208, or <br />as otherwise approved by a subsequent decree of the Water Court. <br />C. Legal description of point of diversion: Well field located in Sections 25 <br />and 36 Township 47 North, Range 16 West of the N.M.P.M., Montrose <br />County, Colorado, being more particularly described as follows: (1) the <br />West 1/2 of Section 25; together with (2) the N1 /2 of the NW1 /4 of <br />Section 36; and (3) the NW 1/4 of the NE1/4 of Section 36. <br />iii. Tvpe: Groundwater. <br />iv. Source: Groundwater and seepage tributary to San Miguel River or Tuttle <br />Draw or Coal Canyon, tributary to San Miguel River. <br />V.
